摘要
目的 研究天浆壳Metaplexis japonica(Thumb.) Makino的化学成分。方法 天浆壳80%乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷部位采用高速逆流色谱、Sephadex LH-20、硅胶柱色谱、制备液相色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果 从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为orychophragines A(1)、C-藜芦酰乙二醇(2)、烟酰胺(3)、2, 3, 4′-三羟基-3′, 5′-二甲氧基苯丙酮(4)、2, 3-二氢-4(1H)-喹诺酮(5)、2, 4-喹唑啉二酮(6)、吐叶醇(7)、cucubalus baccifer L(8)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3, 5-二甲氧基苯基)丙-1-酮(9)、3, 4′-二羟基-3′-甲氧基苯丙酮(10)、对羟基苯乙醇(11)、楝叶吴萸素B(12)、浙贝素(13)、异莨菪亭(14)、东莨菪亭(15)。结论 化合物1~6、8、10~15为首次从萝藦属植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Metaplexis japonica(Thunb.) Makino.METHODS The dichloromethane fraction of 80% ethanol extract from M. japonica was isolated and purified by high-speed countercurrent chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, silica gel column and preparative HPLC, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as orychophragines A(1), C-veratroylglycol(2), niacinamide(3), 2, 3-dihydroxy-1-(4′-hydroxy-3′, 5′-dimethoxyphenyl)-propan-1-one(4), 2, 3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinolone(5), quinazoline-2, 4(1H, 3H)-dione(6), corchoionol C(7), cucubalus baccifer L(8), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(9), 3-hydroxy-1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxy-phenyl)-1-propanone(10), 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)phenol(11), evofolin B(12), glaberide I(13), isoscopoletin(14), scopoletin(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-6、8、10-15 are isolated from genus Metaplexis for the first time.
