摘要
针对钢筋丝头不顶紧滚轧直螺纹钢筋接头,分别采用3种规格钢筋、2种牙型角套筒、3组螺纹中径尺寸钢筋丝头,按JGJ 107—2016《钢筋机械连接技术规程》规定的试验方法,对接头残余变形进行试验研究。试验结果表明,按《钢筋机械连接技术规程》规定的螺纹精度控制钢筋丝头尺寸,丝头不顶紧滚轧直螺纹钢筋接头残余变形不能满足标准要求。当钢筋丝头螺纹中径尺寸超过套筒最大螺纹中径尺寸,且长度超过标准要求的丝头螺纹长度50%时,用其制成过盈配合直螺纹钢筋接头的残余变形才能满足标准要求。
According to the test method specified in Technical specification for mechanical splicing of steel reinforcing bars(JGJ 107—2016),the residual deformation of rolled straight thread reinforced bar joint with no pression on the thread top was studied by using three sizes of reinforced bar,two types of thread angle sleeves and three groups of reinforced bar head with different size of the effective diameter of thread.Test results show that the thread size of the reinforced bar is controlled by the thread accuracy of JGJ 107—2016,the residual deformation can not meet the requirement of the standard that the rolled straight thread reinforced bar joint with no pression on the thread top,when the effective diameter of reinforced bar head size exceed the maximum size effective diameter of the sleeve exceed 50%the length of reinforced bar head made non-standard interference fit splice,the residual deformation of joint can meet the requirements of standard.
