摘要
乡村民宿是近几年崛起的乡村产业,多维度驱动乡村发展,是乡村振兴战略经济层面的新动力。以江苏省溧阳市为例,通过实地考察,分析了溧阳市乡村民宿的发展现状的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机遇与外部威胁,结合SWOT-AHP模型进行研究,得出溧阳市乡村民宿发展劣势略大于优势,机遇远大于威胁的结论。据此提出了根据战略四边形确定发展战略的对策建议。
Country houses are rural industries that have risen in recent years,driving rural development in multiple dimensions and emerging at the economic level of rural revitalization strategy.Taking Liyang City,Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper analyzed the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats of the development status of Liyang country houses through field investigation with the SWOT-AHP analysis model.The research drew the conclusion that the development disadvantages of Liyang country houses were slightly greater than the advantages,and the opportunities were far greater than the threats.Finally it determined the development strategy according to the strategic quadrilateral.
