摘要 本文通过分析我国食品安全监管现状,结合大数据技术特点与应用意义,阐明食品安全监管中引入大数据技术的对策,来构建食品安全监管系统,进而加强对食品安全的监管。 This paper analyzes the present situation of China’s food safety supervision, combining the characteristics and application significance of big data technology, expounds the measures to introduce big data technology in food safety supervision, to construct food safety supervision system, and strengthen the supervision of food safety.
