摘要
目的分析独活寄生汤加减联合针刺在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的效果。方法将桓仁满族自治县中医院94例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为2组各47例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予独活寄生汤加减联合针刺治疗,比较治疗效果。结果治疗总有效率方面,观察组93.62%(44/47)比对照组78.72%(37/47)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)方面,2组治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);视觉模拟评分(VAS)及膝关节自评量表评分(WOMAC)方面,治疗前,2组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组更低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎临床治疗过程中,独活寄生汤加减联合针刺治疗有助于患者膝关节功能提高,减轻疼痛。
Objective To analyze the application effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Ninety-four patients with knee osteoarthritis in Huanren Manchu Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%(44/47)higher than that of the control group(78.72%(37/47),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analog scale(VAS)and WOMAC(WOMAC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis,Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture treatment can help patients improve knee joint function and relieve pain.
