摘要
目的探讨耳穴贴压结合足浴护理对过敏性紫癜患儿的影响。方法选择2019年6月—2021年2月,在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院治疗的过敏性紫癜患儿66例为护理对象。采用随机数字表法,将患儿分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上增加耳穴贴压结合足浴护理。护理后,比较患儿的呕吐消失时间、腹痛消失时间、住院时间和治疗效果。结果观察组患者呕吐消失时间、腹痛消失时间和住院时间均少于对照组,观察组总有效率为96.97%(32/33),高于对照组的78.79%(26/33),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压结合足浴护理可有效提高过敏性紫癜患者的康复效果。
Objective To explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with foot bath nursing on children with allergic purpura.Methods Sixty-six children with allergic purpura treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected as nursing objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing methods,and observation group received auricular point sticking combined with foot bath nursing on the basis of the control group.After nursing,the disappearance time of vomiting,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,the length of hospital stay and the therapeutic effect were compared.Results The disappearance time of vomiting,the disappearance time of abdominal pain and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than that of the control group(78.79%(26/33),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with foot bath nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of children with allergic purpura.
