摘要
目的探讨隔附子饼灸联合耳穴埋豆在膝骨关节炎护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年2月—2021年2月南昌市洪都中医院108例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(54例)和观察组(54例)。对照组为常规护理模式,观察组则采用隔附子饼灸联合耳穴埋豆。比较2组患者膝关节周经、关节活动度(ROM)、Lysholm膝关节评分(LKSS)情况;2组护理满意度对比情况。结果观察组患者护理后的膝关节周经低于对照组(P<0.05),ROM、LKSS评分指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后总满意度96.30%(52/54)高于对照组的83.33%(45/54)(P<0.05)。结论隔附子饼灸联合耳穴埋豆护理膝骨关节炎临床效果显著,可改善患者关节功能,全面增加患者护理满意度,利于身体功能恢复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of aconite cake separated moxibustion combined with auricular point bean embedding in the nursing of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 108 patients with knee osteoarthritis in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group of 54 cases and observation group of cases.The control group was the routine nursing mode,while the observation group was treated with aconite cake separated moxibustion combined with auricular point bean embedding.The scores of knee perimeridian,ROM and LKSS,nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The knee perimeridian of observation group after nursing was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and the ROM and LKSS score index were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.30%(52/54)higher than that of the control group(83.33%,45/54)(P<0.05).Conclusion Aconite cake separated moxibustion combined with auricular point bean embedding in the nursing of knee osteoarthritis has significant effect,which can improve the joint function of patients,increase the nursing satisfaction of patients comprehensively,and facilitate the recovery of body function.
