摘要
“新医科”背景下的多学科交叉融合改革是医学高等教育改革研究的热门课题之一。医学遗传学作为临床医学专业本科学生的基础必修课程,如何将其与临床实际紧密结合起来,一直是需要关注的重点。在基础医学教学中,将生殖医学相关内容融入医学遗传学教学过程中,开展以学生为主体、以案例分析为主线的启发式教学,将医学遗传学理论教学与生殖医学临床实践进行有机结合,对融合授课中存在的问题进行分析与探讨;通过教学实践,激发学生学习兴趣的同时,拓展前沿内容、融合医学伦理和医学人文教学内涵,加强医学遗传学的教学效果,同时促进学生临床思维和综合能力的全面提升。
Under the background of“new medicine”,interdisciplinary integration reform is one of the hot topics in the reform and research of medical higher education.Medical genetics is a basic compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.How to combine it closely with clinical practice has always been the focus of attention.In the teaching of basic medicine,it is very important to integrate the relevant content of reproductive medicine into the teaching process of medical genetics.In this paper,heuristic teaching has been carried out with students as the main body and case analysis as the main line.By organically combining the theoretical teaching of medical genetics with the clinical practice of reproductive medicine and through teaching practice,we can stimulate students’interest in learning,expand the cutting-edge content,integrate the connotation of medical ethics and medical humanities teaching,strengthen the teaching effect of medical genetics,and promote the comprehensive improvement of students’clinical thinking and comprehensive ability.
