摘要
目的评估O-arm导航培训联合以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在骨科住院医师临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法以2021年1—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科接受O-arm导航置钉培训和CBL教学法的10名住院医师为研究组;以2020年1—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科接受传统教学模式的12名住院医师为对照组。比较两组医师置入脊柱椎弓根螺钉的准确率和螺钉突破椎弓根的程度,以及对教学的满意度。结果研究组螺钉准确率和螺钉平均突破椎弓根程度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论O-arm导航培训联合CBL教学法能够有效提升骨科住院医师的临床技能培训效果,并提升住院医师对教学的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effects of O-arm computer assisted navigation training and case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the clinical skill training course was used for orthopedic residents.Methods A total of 10 residents who received O-arm navigation nailing training and CBL teaching method in the department of orthopedics,the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the research group.A total of 12 residents who received traditional teaching mode in department of orthopedics surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January to December in 2020 were set as the control group.The pedicle screw accuracy,the degree of screw cortical violations and their satisfaction with teaching was compared.Results The screw accuracy and the degree of screw cortical violations in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with teaching of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion O-arm computer assisted navigation training and CBL teaching method can effectively improve resident clinical skill proficiency and their satisfaction with teaching.
