马蹄形钢拱架屈曲失稳的理论分析 被引量:2

A theoretic analysis of the buckling of a horseshoe-shaped steel support

摘要 采矿工程常用马蹄形钢拱架进行巷道的二次加固支护,其结构由两直腿和固定于其上的圆弧顶组成,两直腿底脚埋入巷道底板,两直腿和圆弧顶都受巷道围岩的压力作用,存在屈曲失稳的风险.将钢拱架区分为直腿和圆弧顶两部分,分别建立二者发生挠曲变形的微分方程并求解,给出了二者的屈曲临界条件.通过算例分析推测,圆弧顶的弹性屈曲临界荷载比直腿小,但直腿的挠曲塑性屈服可能先于圆弧顶发生. In roadway support systems,horseshoe-shaped steel support is commonly used,which consists of two straight legs built in the bottom of a tunnel and an arc segment welded on the two legs.Horseshoeshaped steel support subjected to the confining pressure of tunnel wall-rock is always in the risk of buckling instability.The differential equations describing deflections of straight legs and arc segment of the horseshoe-shaped support are established,as well as the analytical forms of their solutions are sorted out,with which the critical buckling conditions were determined.Based on the critical buckling conditions,it is predicted from the analysis on an example that the elastic buckling critical load of the top arc segment is less than that of the straight legs,but the straight legs may start the plastic bending ahead of the top arc segment.
