有机降黏温拌剂对再生沥青混凝土性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究不同有机降黏剂对再生沥青混凝土的温拌效果及路用性能影响,文章采用5种有机降黏剂制备了温拌再生沥青混凝土,成型多种试件进行试验,全面评价掺入不同有机降黏剂的混合料高低温、水稳、疲劳性能及降温压实性能。结果表明:D型有机蜡、EC-120及Sasobit Redux温拌效果明显,同时可提高温拌再生沥青混凝土的高温稳定性与疲劳寿命,其中Sasobit Redux效果最佳;L型有机蜡、FT蜡的温拌效果差,对温拌再生沥青的高温稳定性与疲劳寿命有不良影响;5种有机降黏剂对温拌再生沥青混凝土的水稳定性和低温抗裂性均有不良影响。 In order to study the effects of different organic viscosity reducers on the warm mixing effect and road performance of recycled asphalt concrete,five kinds of organic viscosity reducers were used to prepare warm mix recycled asphalt concrete.A variety of test pieces were formed to comprehensively evaluate the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,water stability,fatigue performance and cooling compaction performance of the mixtures mixed with different organic viscosity reducers.The results show that D-type organic wax,EC-120 and Sasobit Redux have obvious warm mixing effects,and can improve the high temperature stability and fatigue life of warm mix recycled asphalt concrete,among which Sasobit Redux has the best effect.The warm mixing effect of L-type organic wax and FT wax is poor,which has an adverse impact on the high-temperature stability and fatigue life of concrete.Five kinds of organic viscosity reducers have adverse effects on the water stability and low temperature crack resistance of warm mix recycled asphalt concrete.
