摘要
胎儿生长发育和生理状况与母体营养水平及胎盘养分转运能力密切相关。在妊娠期给母体饲喂高脂日粮可能影响母体健康和胎儿宫内发育状况,同时对后代长期健康和新陈代谢方面也有重要影响。随着高通量RNA测序(RNA-Seq)技术的兴起,部分非编码RNAs(non-coding RNAs)调控哺乳动物机体细胞增殖与分化等多个生理学过程的机制得以阐明。笔者综述了高脂日粮通过环状RNAs(circRNAs)、长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)和微小RNAs(miRNAs)影响母体胎盘养分转运的研究进展,并阐述了circRNAs、lncRNAs及miRNAs在哺乳动物孕期饲喂高脂日粮对胎盘养分转运的具体调控机制,为预防哺乳动物孕期肥胖并促进胎儿健康生长提供一定的理论依据,同时为非编码RNA参与机体生命活动和物质代谢奠定理论基础。
Fetal growth and physiological conditions are closely related to maternal nutrient levels and placental nutrient transport capacity.High fat diet during pregnancy may affect the health of the mother and the development of the fetus in utero.Meanwhile,high fat diet during pregnancy plays an important role in determining the long-term health and metabolism of offsprings.With the development of RNA-Seq sequencing technology,the mechanism of some non-coding RNAs regulating multiple physiological processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation in mammals has been clarified.This paper reviewed the research progress on the effects of high-fat diet on nutrient transport in maternal placenta through circRNAs,lncRNAs and miRNAs.The regulation mechanism of circRNAs,lncRNAs and miRNAs on placental nutrient transport during high fat diet in mammalian pregnancy was also described.It provided a theoretical basis for the prevention of mammalian obesity during pregnancy and the promotion of fetal healthy growth,and laid a theoretical basis for the involvement of non-coding RNAs in the regulation of body life activities and substance metabolism.
