摘要
塔山煤矿三盘区8307工作面回采期间端面破碎,导致工作面端面距加大、端面顶板承载能力降低、煤壁片帮等,增加了工作面支架移架难度,降低了工作面回采速度。通过技术研究,对端面破碎顶板采取注浆加固、超前支护、锚索吊棚等联合支护技术,端面破碎顶板得到了有效控制,取得了显著应用成效。
The end face of 8307 working face in the third panel of Tashan Coal Mine is broken during mining,which leads to the increase of the distance between the end face of working face, the decrease of the bearing capacity of the end face roof, the slope of coal wall and so on, which increases the difficulty of moving support and reduces the mining speed of the working face. Through technical research, the end face broken roof adopts grouting reinforcement, advance support, anchor cable hanging shed and other combined support technology, the end face broken roof is effectively controlled, and remarkable application results have been achieved.
