摘要 阳极饱和电抗器是直流输电换流阀用晶闸管的关键保护元件,主要起到限制晶闸管开通瞬间的电流变化率、抑制关断过程中的反向冲击电压等作用。该文首先系统地阐述了阳极饱和电抗器工作原理,比较了现有器件的不同结构和类别,其次深入研究了其电气特性和磁特性,并针对可能的绝缘击穿展开讨论,利用磁阻网络法分析磁路。然后详细分析阳极饱和电抗器运行时因磁通密度大范围变化引起的损耗发热、电磁振动等关键问题,重点介绍有限元法的应用,分析发热和振动的机理、路径和影响因素。最后展望了阳极饱和电抗器的未来研究方向,可围绕电磁路定量计算、振动产生机理、非正弦激励下降温降噪、大数据状态评估等开展。 Anode saturable reactor(ASR)is the key protective element of thyristors used in converter valve of DC transmission,which plays a role in limiting current change rate at opening moment of thyristors and suppressing reverse impulse voltage in closing process.Firstly,we systematically describe the working principle of the ASR,compare differ-ent structures and categories of existing devices.Then,we thoroughly study the electrical and magnetic characteristics of ASR,discuss the possible insulation breakdown and analyze the magnetic circuit using the magnetic reluctance network method.Furthermore,the key problems such as loss,heating and electromagnetic vibration caused by the wide range of magnetic flux density variation during the operation of ASR are analyzed in detail.The application of finite element method is emphatically introdued,and the mechanism,paths and influencing factors of heating and vibration are analyzed.Finally,the future development trend of ASR is foreseen,and it is pointed out that the direction of quantitative calculation of electromagnetic circuit,mechanism of vibration generation,temperature reduction and noise reduction under non-sinusoidal excitation,and big data condition assessment should be focused on.
