摘要
以地聚合物为基体掺入多孔颗粒材料制备了多孔地聚合物(Porous Geopolymer,PG)。采用改进后的HYY系列电液伺服材料系统和经波形整形技术改进后的Φ100 mm SHPB试验装置分别开展了准静态压缩试验和冲击压缩试验,得到了应力应变曲线,并分析吸能特性。结果表明,改进后的吸能指标具有更高的科学性和合理性。分析PG在准静态条件和高应变率条件下的力学性能,其应力应变曲线都具有较长的应力屈服阶段,其理想吸能效率平均值分别为68%和64.3%,最大值分别为88%和83.1%,PG表现出优异的吸能性能,尤其是高应变率条件下表现更加突出,其原材料成本低廉、易于生产、结构型式简单,具有广阔的发展前景,尤其是在经受动载强烈的国防工程领域中。
Porous Geopolymer(PG)was prepared by the incorporation of porous materials on the basis of geopolymer.The improved HYY serial electro hydraulic servo system and aΦ100 mm SHPB apparatus were adapted to do quai-static experiments and dynamic compression experiments respectively.The stress-strain curves and ideal energy absorption efficiency were analyzed.The results show that the modified energy index is more scientific and rational.The specimen of PG showed a long yield compression stage under the quasi-static and dynamic conditions,while the ideal energy absorption efficiency has an average value of 68%and 64.3%and a maximum value of 88%and 83.1%respectively.This phenomenon indicated the PG possessed excellent performance in energy absorption,which was more excellent under the condition of high strain rate.Furthermore,the PG material possessing the features of low cost,easily production and high energy absorption has a broad application,especially in the defensive engineering suffering from the intense dynamic load.
