摘要
随着煤炭资源的不断开采,煤矸石是煤炭开采和洗选过程中的固体废弃物。煤矸石的大量堆积是当下亟待解决的问题。煤矸石主要成分为硅铝氧化物,矿相组成主要由石英和粘土矿物组成,为其制备建筑材料成为了可能。加入部分辅料或经过活化后将其建材化的利用,以达到对煤矸石的减量化、无害化、资源化利用的目的。笔者介绍了煤矸石制备建筑用砖、水泥、砂浆混凝土及新型墙体材料等建材的研究现状,制备高附加值绿色建材的研发技术,并对煤矸石建材化利用方向进行了展望。
With the continuous exploitation of coal resources,coal gangue is a solid waste in the process of coal mining and washing.The bulk accumulation of coal gangue is an urgent problem to be solved at present.The main component of coal gangue is silicon and aluminum oxide,and the mineral phase composition is mainly composed of quartz and clay minerals,so it is possible to prepare building materials for it.By adding some auxiliary materials or activating them,it can be used as building materials in order to achieve the purpose of reducing,harmless and resource utilization of coal gangue.This paper reviews the research status of building materials such as building brick,cement,mortar concrete and new wall materials prepared from coal gangue and summarizes the research and development technology of high value-added green building materials prepared from coal gangue,and prospects the direction of utilization of coal gangue building materials.
