摘要
为了快速地暴露产品的薄弱环节,在高加速寿命试验(HALT)过程中会施加远超过产品规定极限的应力,也就是说高加速寿命试验属于“过试验”,其结果存在不确定性。最好的情况是在短时间内激发出在预期应用环境下长期使用时可能出现的故障模式,凸显其对提高产品可靠性的不可替代的作用。最坏的情况是激发出较多的非关联故障模式,分析处置这些故障耗时费力,影响进度,而且对这样的故障模式进行改进将造成产品“过设计”,对提高可靠性无实际意义。HALT的不确定性在于其效果在很大程度上取决于试验团队所具备的经验、历史数据和对实施细节的考虑。根据实际工作经验,详细地分析了HALT试验准备、试验实施、故障分析和产品改进的过程和方法,分享了实际案例,具有工程参考价值。
In order to quickly expose the weak links of the product,in the process of HALT,stresses far beyond the product’s specification limits will be applied,namely,HALT belongs to over-test,and the test results are uncertain.In the best case,the failure mode that may occur during long term use in the expected application environment is stimulated in a short period of time,which can highlight its irreplaceable role in improving product reliability.The worst-case scenario is that many unrelated failure modes are stimulated.Analyzing and dealing with these failure is time-consuming and labor-intensive and affecting progress.Furthermore,the improvement of such failure mode will result in an“over-design”of product,which is not practical for improving reliability.The uncertainty about HALT is that its effect depends to a large extent on the experience of the trial team,historical data,and consideration of implementation details.According to the actual work experience,the process and methods of HALT test preparation,test implementation,failure analysis and product improvement are analyzed in detail,and practical cases are shared,which has engineering reference value.
