亲鸽饲粮不同硒源对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、肌肉品质及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Selenium Sources in Breeding Pigeon Diet on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance,Meat Quality and Antioxidant Function of Squabs

摘要 为探究亲鸽饲粮不同硒源对乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能、肌肉品质及抗氧化能力的影响,试验选取24月龄银王鸽亲鸽96对和体重相近的1日龄乳鸽384只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复4对亲鸽和16只乳鸽,每对亲鸽哺育4只乳鸽,对照组(C组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.3 mg/kg(以硒计)亚硒酸钠(SS组)、酵母硒(SY组)和纳米硒(NS组)。预试期为7 d,正试期为28 d。结果显示:与C组相比,SS组28日龄乳鸽肌肉24 h a^(*)值显著升高(P<0.05),24 h L^(*)值显著降低(P<0.05);SY组肌肉45 min和24 h a^(*)值均显著升高(P<0.05),24 h L^(*)值和b^(*)值均显著降低(P<0.05);NS组肌肉45 min和24 h L^(*)值和a^(*)值、24 h b^(*)值以及滴水损失均显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组肌肉中硒含量均显著升高(P<0.05),SY组肌肉粗灰分含量显著降低(P<0.05),NS组肌肉粗蛋白和粗灰分含量显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组肌肉丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05),SY组与NS组肌肉总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),NS组肌肉中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,亲鸽饲粮添加0.3 mg/kg不同硒源可显著提高乳鸽肌肉硒含量以及一定程度改善肉品质,其中添加纳米硒的效果较好。 In order to explore the effects of dietary different selenium sources in breeding pigeon diet on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and antioxidant function of squabs,a total of 96 pairs of 24-month-age breeding pigeons(Silver King pigeons)and 3841-day-age squabs with similar body weight were divided into 4 groups randomly,each group had 6 replicates,4 pairs of breeding pigeons and 16 squabs were for one replicate,one pair of breeding pigeons fostered 4 squabs.Pigeons in the control group(group C)were fed with the basal diet,and those in experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.3 mg/kg(counted for selenium)sodium selenite(group SS),selenium yeast(group SY),and nano-selenium(group NS),respectively.The prefeeding period was 7 days,and the formal period was 28 days.The results were as follows:There were no significant differences in growth performance and slaughter performance of squabs among all groups(P>0.05).Compared with group C,muscle a^(*)value at 24 h of squabs at 28 days of age was significantly increased and L^(*)value at 24 h was significantly decreased in group SS(P<0.05),muscle a^(*)values at 45 min and 24 h were significantly increased(P<0.05),and L^(*)and b^(*)values at 24 h were significantly decreased in group SY(P<0.05),while muscle L^(*)and a^(*)value at 45 min and 24 h,b^(*)value at 24 h,and drip loss were significantly decreased in group NS(P<0.05).Compared with group C,muscle selenium content was significantly increased in experimental groups(P<0.05),muscle crude ash content was significantly decreased in group SY(P<0.05),muscle contents of crude protein and crude ash were significantly increased in group NS(P<0.05).Compared with group C,muscle malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased in experimental groups(P<0.05),muscle total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was significantly increased in group SY and group NS(P<0.05),muscle total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity was significantly increased in group NS(P<0.05).In conclusion,under the condition of this experiment,supplementation of 0.3 mg/kg different selenium sources in breeding pigeon diet could affect muscle selenium content significantly and improve meat quality of squabs to a certain extent,the supplementation of nano-selenium had a better effect.
