According to the research needs of carbon fiber industry for carbon fiber competitive intelligence,Jilin Institute of Science and Technology Information specially prepared to build a’knowledge discovery platform’with carbon fiber as the theme.Based on the research of existing knowledge think tanks in China,the paper introduces in detail the platform construction principles,construction objectives,platform architecture and detailed functional module design.The construction of the knowledge discovery platform can provide scientific and technological data resource support for relevant enterprises in the field of carbon fiber to complete technical breakthroughs,quickly share non-secret scientific research information,and build a think tank for the whole industry chain of carbon fiber.
