摘要
文章结合绿色社区理念,探讨智慧型绿色社区的建设意义。以莆田仙塘绿色社区项目为例,以空间规划、管理机制、历史传承等方面作为智慧型绿色社区营造的规划要点以及重点建设内容进行解析,坚持可持续发展理念,重构社区空间和功能,挖掘人文特质,培育绿色生态观念,探索社区与产业融合,实现与自然共生的绿色生活新方式,提出社区生活与智慧互动体验相结合的新模式,为我国智慧型绿色社区规划更新工作提供参考。
The paper discusses the significance of building smart green communities based on the concept of green communities.Take Putian Xiantang Green Community Project as an example,analyze the key planning points and key construction contents of smart green community construction in terms of space planning,management mechanism,historical inheritance,etc.,adhere to the concept of sustainable development,reconstruct community space and functions,excavate human characteristics,cultivate green ecological concepts,explore the integration of community and industry,and realize a new green lifestyle of symbiosis with nature,put forward a new model that combines community life with smart interactive experience,and provide reference for the planning and updating of smart green communities in China.
