摘要
目的:分析不同新生儿重症监护室(NICU)病房环境对新生儿体重及发育的影响。方法:选择2021年1月—2021年12月入住我院NICU诊治的早产儿130例,按随机抽样法分组,各65例。参照组予以常规NICU护理方法,研究组予以环境干预护理,比较两组恢复出生体重时间、神经功能发育情况和喂养不耐受率等。结果:研究组恢复出生体重时间短于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。护理前,两组NBNA评分对比无差异(P>0.05);出院1个月后,两组NBNA得分升高,且研究组该得分高于参照组,同时研究组住院期间早产儿喂养不耐受率为4.62%,低于参照组的18.46%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:不良NICU病房环境刺激可对早产儿生长发育产生不良影响,增加疾病治疗难度。在早产儿护理中,应用环境干预护理的效果显著,有利于减少不良环境对早产儿的危害,改善患儿的神经功能,提高智能发育,促进体重稳步增加,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effects of different neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)ward environments on neonatal weight and development.Methods:A total of 130 premature infants who were admitted to our hospital's NICU for diagnosis and treatment from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and grouped by random sampling,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine NICU nursing methods,and the study group was given environmental intervention nursing.The time to return to birth weight,neurological development,and feeding intolerance rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of birth weight in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in the NBNA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);1 month after discharge,the NBNA scores in the two groups increased,and the score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the study group had feeding intolerance during hospitalization.The rate of 4.62%was lower than that of the reference group,18.46%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unfavorable NICU ward environmental stimulation can have adverse effects on the growth and development of premature infants and increase the difficulty of disease treatment.In the nursing of premature infants,the application of environmental intervention has a significant effect,which is conducive to reducing the harm of adverse environments to premature infants,improving the neurological function of children,improving intellectual development,and promoting steady weight gain,which is worthy of promotion.
