摘要
为系统研究microRNA(miRNA)在流行病学中的研究趋势及发展方向,基于Web of Science数据源,用Bibexcel、Netdraw和Ucinet等可视化软件,从论文年度变化趋势、聚类分析、前沿演进等方面,对近20年来相关论文进行可视化分析。结果显示,miRNA与流行病学相关论文发文量呈现显著增加趋势;随着时间的推移,研究方向由miRNA的发现及生物合成、miRNA在流行病学致病机制中的作用转变为miRNA在流行病学中的应用;其涉及的相关学科也逐步由单一向多元化转变。通过大数据分析,明确miRNA在流行病学研究中的发展态势,可为科研选题提供直观、系统、有效的多视角科学观察新思维。
In order to study the research trend and development direction of microRNA(miRNA)in epidemiology systematically,Bibexcel,Netdraw,Ucinet and other visualization software were used to analyze the related articles in the past 20 years,from the annual change trend of papers,frontier evolution analysis,discipline analysis and other aspects based on Web of Science data sources.These results showed that the number of articles about miRNA increased significantly.The relevant research orientations were from the discovery and biosynthesis of miRNA,the role of miRNA in epidemiological pathogenesis to the application of miRNA in epidemiology.The related disciplines were gradually changing from single to diversity.These results will clarify the development directions of miRNA in epidemiological studies,and provide intuitive,systematic and effective new thinkings of multi-perspective scientific observations for scientific research topics.
