摘要
目的:分析垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血的效果。方法:选取西藏自治区第三人民医院2020年1月-2021年9月收治的102例肺结核咯血患者作为研究对象,在常规治疗的基础上予以垂体后叶素治疗,观察患者临床指标、治疗前后肝功能指标、不良反应发生情况、临床疗效。结果:患者咯血时间为2~5 d,平均(3.09±0.57)d;有效止血时间为1~7 d,平均(3.71±1.89)d;疾病好转时间为1~4 d,平均(2.12±1.29)d;咯血量为118~319 mL,平均(212.63±48.67)mL。治疗后,患者天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶和腺苷脱氨酶水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者不良反应发生率为8.82%(9/102),治疗总有效率为94.12%(96/102)。结论:垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血患者的效果显著,可改善患者疾病症状和肝功能,且不良反应少,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of pituitrin in the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis who were diagnosed and treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.On the basis of routine treatment,they were treated with pituitrin.The patient’s clinical indexes,liver function indexes before and after treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy were observed.Results:The patient’s hemoptysis time was 2~5 d,with an average of(3.09±0.57) d;The effective hemostasis time was 1~7 d,with an average of(3.71±1.89) d;The disease improvement time was 1~4 d,with an average of(2.12±1.29) d;The hemoptysis volume was 118~319 m L,with an average of(212.63±48.67) m L.After treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,and adenosine deaminase were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.82%(9/102) and the overall effective rate of treatment was 94.12%(96/102).Conclusion:The treatment with pituitrin has remarkable effect on treating the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis.It can alleviate the disease symptoms and liver function,with few adverse reactions and high safety,so it had high value for clinical application.
