摘要
目的探讨团队认知护理在白血病患儿化疗过程中的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年8月至2022年7月山东第一医科大学第二附属医院和泰安市妇幼保健院收治的80例白血病患儿为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组进行团队认知行为干预。比较两组干预前后治疗依从性评分变化,两组干预期间化疗不良反应发生情况,两组护理满意度评分及监护人焦虑程度评分变化。结果干预后观察组患儿治疗依从性评分为(4.2±0.5)分,高于干预前的(2.1±0.1)分和干预后对照组的(3.3±0.3)分(P<0.05)。观察组干预期间化疗不良反应中消化道不适、脱发、骨髓抑制及严重感染的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分为(93.2±6.1)分,高于对照组的(69.8±14.1)分(P<0.05)。监护人焦虑程度评分为(26.1±5.2)分,低于对照组的(32.2±3.7)分(P<0.05)。结论针对白血病患儿在化疗过程中实施团队认知护理,能有效提高治疗依从性,减少化疗不良反应,提高护理满意度,降低监护人焦虑程度。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of team cognitive nursing in the chemotherapy of children with leukemia.Methods A total of 80 children with leukemia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University and Tai’an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received team cognitive nursing.The changes of compliance score before and after intervention,the occurrence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy,the changes of nursing satisfaction score and guardian anxiety score between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of treatment compliance in the observation group was(4.2±0.5)points,higher than that before intervention([2.1±0.1]points)and that in the control group([3.3±0.3]points).The total incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort,alopecia,bone marrow suppression and severe infection in the observation group during the intervention period was lower than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(93.2±6.1)points,which was higher than that of the control group([69.8±14.1]points).The anxiety score of the guardian was(26.1±5.2)points,lower than that of the control group([32.2±3.7]points).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of team cognitive nursing for children with leukemia during chemotherapy can effectively improve treatment compliance,reduce adverse reactions to chemotherapy,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the anxiety of guardians.
