摘要
针对传统体质健康监测系统对人体活动能耗检测准确率低,导致监测效果不佳的问题,提出设计一个基于可穿戴式设备的大学生体质健康监测系统。其中,采用可穿戴式设备获取加速度信息和大学生运动身体生理指标,将其作为自变量数据,从而构建大学生活动能耗检测模型,以达到体质健康监测的目的。实验结果表明,在男性和女性的能耗检测中,本模型的RMSE值分别为0.12±0.03和0.12±0.04;相较于日常活动检测模型,本模型的检测准确率更高,检测效果更好。将此模型应用到监测系统中后可实现大学生体质健康准确监测,满足系统设计需求。
In view of the problem that the traditional physical health monitoring system detects the low accuracy of the energy consumption of human activities,resulting in the poor monitoring effect,this paper proposes to design a college students'physical health monitoring system based on wearable devices.Among them,wearable devices are used to obtain the acceleration information and the physical and physiological indicators of college students,and take them as the independent variable data,so as to build the activity energy consumption detection model of college students,so as to achieve the purpose of physical health monitoring.The experimental results show that the RMSE values of men and women are 0.12±0.03 and 0.12±0.04,respectively,compared with the daily activity detection model.After applying this model to the monitoring system,the accurate physical health monitoring of college students can be realized to meet the needs of the system design.
