摘要
快速诊断酸碱平衡紊乱类型是提高急危重病人救治率、纠正其紊乱的关键。人体酸碱平衡紊乱是医学各专业学习的重要内容,为了便于快捷诊断紊乱类型,前人开发了图表法、酸碱卡、潜在HCO3-与AG等量化公式计算法及相关软件。这些方法虽能对各种类型的酸碱平衡紊乱做出判断,但由于方法、步骤不统一,存在一定的误差并耗费大量的时间,极易造成误判或漏判,从而影响疗效。在互联网、人工智能、大数据的背景下,创建器官系统基础与临床整合式实训案例平台,可以快速精准诊断酸碱平衡紊乱类型,开展贴近临床需求的实训教学,推动医学教育创新发展,有助于培养新医科高素质人才。
Rapid diagnosis of acid-base balance disorder type is the key to improve the treatment rate of critical patients and correct its disorder. Acid and base balance disorder in human body is an important chapter of medical majors. In order to facilitate quick diagnosis,predecessors have developed quantitative formula calculation method of "chart method", "acid and base card" and latent HCO3-and AG and related software. Although these methods can make judgments on various types of acid-base balance disorders, there are still a certain degree of error defects and time-consuming due to different methods and steps, which is easy to cause misjudgment or omission and affect the curative effect. With the Internet, artificial intelligence and big data, we have created an integrated organ system basic and clinical training case platform, which quickly and accurately diagnose the type of acid-base balance disorder, promote the innovative development of practical teaching and medical education close to clinical needs. It is helpful to cultivate and promote high-quality talents in new medical departments.
