基于故障树分析与逼近理想解排序法的重卡车载信息系统界面设计 被引量:4

摘要 为提高驾驶员对重卡车载信息系统界面的使用体验,提出基于故障树分析与逼近理想解排序法的研究方法,解决界面中故障优化问题。采用故障树分析法找出系统所有的故障模式;使用逼近理想解排序法对故障模式进行风险排序,选取相对接近度高于平均值的故障模式;根据重卡驾驶员的需求,结合界面设计原则,针对高风险的故障模式采取纠正措施;通过A/B测试来验证改进措施的有效性。以重型卡车的车载信息系统界面为例进行验证,结果表明:所提出的方法可有效地分析出系统界面中的故障和故障发生的原因,并可作为一种通用的可靠性方法,用于提升交互设计中的用户体验。 In order to improve driver experience of heavy lorry vehicle information system interface, a research method based on fault tree analysis and similarity to ideal solution ranking method was proposed to solve the issue of fault optimization. Fault tree analysis was used to find out all system fault modes. Similarity to ideal solution ranking method was used to rank the risk of failure modes, and the failure modes with relative proximity higher than the average value were selected. According to the requirements of heavy lorry drivers, combined with the principles of interface design, the corrective actions were taken for high-risk fault modes. The effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified by A/B test. The vehicle information system interface of heavy lorry was taken as an example to perform verification. The results showed that the proposed method could effectively analyze the faults of system interface and the causes of faults, and could be used as a general reliability method to improve user experiences in interactive design.
