摘要 制造业数字化转型与标准数字化转型是国家实施2035年战略发展目标的重要内容,智能制造与数字化标准紧密关联,开展智能制造与数字化标准一体化融合应用研究,有利于促进两者的紧密结合和深入发展,有利于实现制造业和标准化组织的数字化转型。首创性提出了智能制造与数字化标准一体化融合应用的体系架构、功能规格、技术体系、实施策略以及实施流程,为智能制造与数字化标准一体化融合应用提供了理论结合应用的通用模型;通过对电力变压器设备智能制造数字孪生建模的概念验证,证明了该通用模型的可行性,不但对电力设备智能制造和标准数字化研究具有指导意义,而且对其他行业的设备智能制造和标准数字化也具有参考价值。 Manufacturing digital transformation and standard digital transformation are important parts of the national strategic goals in 2035.Intelligent manufacturing and digital standardization are closely related,thus doing research on their integrated application is conducive to their close combination and in-depth development,and to the digital transformation of manufacturing and standardization organizations.In this paper,a general model combining theory and application for integrating intelligent manufacturing and digital standard are proposed for the first time.More precisely,the model supplies architecture,functional specifications,technical system,implementation strategy and implementation process of intelligent manufacturing and digital standard.The feasibility of the general model is proved by using the concept verification of the digital twin model for the intelligent equipment manufacturing of power transformer.Furthermore,this paper can not only guide the research of electric power equipment manufacturing and standard digitization for power equipment,but also has reference value for standardization of intelligent manufacturing and standard digitization in other industries.
