摘要
近年来土壤取样钻机在环境取样领域发挥着举足轻重的作用。中国煤炭地质总局第二勘探局自主研发了一款中小型履带式声频环保取样钻机,该钻机采用四缸柴油发动机为动力,冲击力更强,钻深更大,可以满足0~30 m深度的大部分环境土壤取样需求。在钻探施工过程中,如何提高钻机的钻探效率,取得高质量的岩心,便成为大部分钻机亟待解决的难题。受普通岩心钻机绳索取心工艺的启发,将绳索取心的钻探方式引入到声频环保钻机上,是声频环保钻机钻探工艺的一种新的尝试和探索。
In recent years,soil sampling drill plays a vital role in the field of environmental sampling.No.2 Exploration Bureau,China National Administration of Coal Geology independently developed a medium and small sized crawler sound environmental sampling drill using four-cylinder diesel engine as power with more impact and deeper drilling depth and satisfying the most environmental soil sampling requirements of 0~30 m depth.In the process of drilling,how to improve the drilling efficiency of drilling rig and obtain high-quality cores has become a difficult problem that most of drilling rigs need to solve urgently.Inspired by the wireline coring technology of common core drills,it is a new attempt and exploration to introduce the wireline coring drilling method to the sound environmental drilling rig.
