摘要
某电厂DG1024/17.4-Ⅱ18型循环流化床锅炉在停炉检修期间,水冷布风板上部敷设的耐磨可塑料存在松脱的情况。对耐磨可塑料松脱区域的布风板水冷壁管进行检查、测厚和无损检测,发现布风板水冷壁管存在磨损减薄和疲劳裂纹。通过对故障原因分析,进风管安装不符合设计要求,布风板鳍片烧损开裂,耐磨可塑料松脱后布风板水冷壁实际运行工况发生变化,导致布风板水冷壁管壁磨损和外壁疲劳裂纹,并提出相应的预防措施和处理措施。
During the shutdown and maintenance of DG1024/17.4-Ⅱ18 circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant,the wear-resistant plastic refractory laid on the upper part of the water-cooled air distributor was loose.According to the inspection,thickness measurement and NDT of the water-cooled wall pipe of the air distributor in the loosening area of wear-resistant plastic refractory,it was found that the water-cooled wall pipe of the air distributor had wear thinning and fatigue cracks.According to the analysis of the failure causes,the installation of the air inlet pipe does not meet the design requirements,the fins of the air distributor are cracked due to burning,and the actual operating conditions of the water-cooled wall of the air distributor change after the wear-resistant plastic refractory is loose,resulting in the wear of the water-cooled wall of the air distributor and the fatigue crack of the outer wall,and the corresponding preventive and treatment measures are proposed.
