“双创”竞赛驱动下普通高校“双创”人才培养效果研究——基于MOA和结构方程模型的广西实证分析

摘要 “双创”竞赛已发展为的双创教育的主要方式,而地方普通高校学生作为中国双创教育的最大受教育群体,研究其在双创竞赛驱动下的双创人才培养效果,对中国双创教育的发展具有现实价值。基于MOA模型构建普通高校“双创”竞赛教育行为自变量,以学生“双创”竞赛经历和学生创业行为为中介变量,“双创”人才培养效果为因变量。以广西5所普通高校为例,搭建结构方程并借助SmartPLS 3处理数据。结果发现:普通高校“双创”竞赛教育行为直接显著影响“双创”人才培养效果(路径系数=0.531,P=0.000),学生“双创”竞赛起到部分中介效应(VAF=35%),学生创业行为无中介效应。最后提出普通高校“2+3”“双创”人才培养体系,以期为推进中国“双创”教育全面深化改革提供建设性意见。 “non-double first-class”colleges are the largest group in China’s innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions have become an important way for colleges to cultivate talents in double innovation education.Using the MOA model to construct the concept of educational behavior of “non-double first-class” college innovation and entrepreneurship competition, taking the student’s innovation and entrepreneurship competition experience and student entrepreneurial behavior as the intermediary variable, constructing the structural equation and processing the data with the help of SmartPLS 3,taking five“non-double first-class”colleges and universities in Guangxi as an example, the study found that the educational behavior of the “non-double first-class” college innovation and entrepreneurship competition directly and significantly affected the training effect of management talents(path coefficient = 0.531,P = 0.000),the student innovation and entrepreneurship competition played a partial intermediary effect(VAF=35%),and the student entrepreneurship behavior had no intermediary effect.Finally, it tries to propose the “3+2”double innovation talent training system of “non-double first-class” colleges, in order to provide constructive suggestions for improving the innovation education effect of college students in “non-double first-class”colleges and promoting the comprehensive deepening of reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in China.
