Objective To explore the effects of adaptive training combined with micro-video education on perioperative anxiety of children with congenital heart disease(CHD)and psychological resilience of caregivers. Methods The children with CHD(80 cases)and their caregivers(80 cases)were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine care, while the study group was given adaptive training combined with micro-video education on the basis of routine care for 3 days. The modified Yale perioperative anxiety scale(mYPAS)scores of the two groups of children during the perioperative period and the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)scores of the two groups of caregivers before and after the intervention were compared. Results The scores of mYPAS for children in the study group in the waiting area and anesthesia induction period were significantly higher than those in the first day before surgery(P<0.01),but the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The scores of CD-RISC in the two groups after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The combination of adaptive training and micro-video education can effectively improve the perioperative anxiety of children with CHD,and improve the psychological resilience of their caregivers.
