摘要
目的探讨多感官训练联合早期介入丹佛模式密集训练在自闭症患儿中的应用效果。方法将82例自闭症患儿按照随机数字表法分为研究组41例、对照组41例。对照组予以多感官训练,研究组在此基础上联合早期介入丹佛模式密集训练,观察3个月。统计并比较两组患儿首次训练、末次训练的社交行为(语言交流、主动肢体接触、目光交流)次数。干预前后采用儿童孤独症评定量表评定病情严重程度,采用患儿孤独症治疗评估量表评定训练效果。结果末次训练时两组患儿语言交流、主动肢体接触、目光交流次数均较首次训练时显著增多(P<0.01),研究组显著多于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组儿童孤独症评定量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患儿孤独症治疗评估量表总分及健康/生理/行为、感知/认知能力、表达/语言沟通、社交能力维度评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05或0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论多感官训练联合早期介入丹佛模式密集训练可改善自闭症患儿社交行为,减轻病情严重程度,干预效果明显。
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-sensory training combined with early start Denver model(ESDM)intensive training in children with autism.Methods A total of 82 children with autism were divided into study group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given multi-sensory training,and the study group was combined with ESDM on this basis for 3 months.The number of social behaviors(language communication,active body contact,eye communication)during the first training and the last training were counted and compared between the two groups.Before and after the intervention,the severity of the disease was assessed by the child autism rating scale(CARS),and the training effect was assessed by the autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC).Results At the last training,the number of language communication,active body contact and eye communication in the two groups was significantly higher than that before the first training(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly more than the control group(P<0.01).The CARS scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total score and scores of health/physiology/behavior,perception/cognitive ability,expression/language communication and social ability of ATEC in the two groups after intervention were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention(P<0.05 or 0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-sensory training combined with ESDM can improve the social behavior of children with autism,reduce the severity of the disease,and the intervention effect is obvious.
