摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以甲酸作为催化剂,粒径8~100 nm的硅溶胶为主要成膜物质,甲基三甲氧基硅烷为辅助成膜物质,利用2种相对分子质量的不粘助剂和涂层的相容性差异,构建了双层不粘体系,制备了水性炊具陶瓷涂料,并重点考察了涂层的不粘性和耐磨性。结果表明:双层不粘体系可以将不粘炊具的使用时间从3个月延长到6个月左右;添加4%的Si3N4颗粒,选用中等粒径的硅溶胶,并且m(硅溶胶)∶m(硅烷)=1∶1时,不粘涂层的综合性能最佳。当使用甲酸作为催化剂时,调节体系pH为4~5,环境温度控制在(25±5)℃时,涂料适用期可达48 h,控制熟化时间为3 h,可以保证涂料取得良好的喷涂效果。
In this paper,we used sol-gel method,formic acid as catalyst,silica sol with particle size of 8-100 nm as main film-forming substance,and methyltrimethoxysilane as auxiliary film-forming substance. A two-layer non-stick system was constructed by using two kinds of non-stick additives with different relative molecular mass and coating compatibility difference,then a waterborne ceramic coating for cookware was prepared,the non-stick performance and wear resistance of the coating were investigated. The results showed that the usage time of non-stick cookware could be extended from 3 months to about 6 months by applying the double layer non-stick system. When 4% medium size Si3N4silica sol particles were added,and m(silica sol)∶m(silane)=1∶1,the comprehensive performance of the nonstick coating was the best. When formic acid was used as the catalyst,the pH of the system was adjusted to 4-5,the ambient temperature was controlled at(25±5)℃,the pot life of the coating could reach 48 hours,and the curing time was controlled to 3 hours,the coating would indicate a good spraying effect.
