摘要
农药和抗生素的大量使用严重威胁人类健康和生态环境安全,发展经济、高效检测水体中农药和抗生素的方法具有重要意义。分子印迹聚合物由于良好的稳定性、高度特异性以及较低的生产成本,在样品前处理和传感器检测方面被广泛应用,其内部的识别位点可以选择性地与模板分子结合,实现精准检测。本文从亲水性功能单体、交联剂、亲水性树脂以及在分子印迹聚合物上接枝亲水性物质等方面介绍了亲水性分子印迹聚合物的制备策略,综述了近几年分子印迹技术在水体中残留农药和抗生素的固相萃取、磁性固相萃取、分散固相萃取及传感器检测中的应用,并对现存问题和未来发展进行了讨论与展望。
The massive use of pesticides and antibiotics is a serious threat to human health and ecological safety, and it is important to develop economical and efficient methods for the detection of such drugs in water.Molecularly imprinted polymers have been widely used in sample pre-treatment and sensors due to their good stability, high specificity and low production cost. The internal recognition sites can selectively bind to template molecules for accurate detection. This paper introduces the preparation strategies of hydrophilic molecularly imprinted polymers in terms of hydrophilic functional monomers, cross-linking agents, hydrophilic resins and grafting hydrophilic substances on molecularly imprinted polymers. Besides, the recent applications of molecular imprinting technology for solid-phase extraction, magnetic solid-phase extraction, dispersive solid-phase extraction and the detection of pesticides and antibiotic residues in water by sensors were reviewed. The current problems and future development were also discussed and prospected.
