摘要
以CNKI和WOSCC核心期刊论文为数据来源,对中外南海研究文献进行系统比较分析,结果表明,相关研究经历了缓慢发展、快速增长和逐步下降三个阶段;国内研究受南海局势影响较大,成果远超国际;学科基础以政治学和法学占比最大并呈现多学科交叉之势;中外研究多围绕南海争端及其解决方案展开,国内学者重在强调南海的历史性权利及中美关系,研究前沿包括更路簿、“印太战略”和“灰色地带”;以西方国家为主体的南海研究更多质疑“南海断续线”和“一带一路”倡议,指责中国对南海区域安全构成威胁。鉴于此,建议整合国内各界相关研究资源和力量,加强国际交流与合作,以争取更多国际话语权,扭转我国南海话语弱势局面。
Taking CNKI and WOSCC core journal papers as data sources,this paper makes a systematic comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign research literature on the South China Sea.The results show that the related research has experienced three stages:slow development,rapid growth and gradual decline.Domestic research is greatly influenced by the situation in the South China Sea,and the results are far more than international.Political science and law account for the largest proportion of the discipline foundation and show a trend of multidisciplinary intersection;most Chinese and foreign studies focus on the South China Sea dispute and its solutions.Domestic scholars focus on the historic rights of the South China Sea and Sino-US relations.The research frontiers include Geng Lu Bu,“Indo-Pacific strategy”and“gray zone”;western countries’research on the South China Sea has questioned the“South China Sea Intermittent Line”and the“Belt and Road”initiative,accusing China of posing a threat to regional security in the South China Sea.In view of this,it is suggested to integrate relevant research resources and forces from all walks of life in China,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,strive for more international discourse power,and reverse the weak situation of discourse in the South China Sea.
