摘要 为了达到热风炉的最佳燃烧状态,设计了热风炉燃烧优化控制系统。采用力控组态软件作为热风炉燃烧优化控制系统的核心设备,有利于提高系统的稳定性。利用C#语言对锅炉的动态寻优算法进行编写,实现热风炉燃烧状态的精准控制。将OPC通信技术作为系统的核心技术,并建立iFIX控制系统和优化控制系统之间的通信连接。为提高系统的控制精度,分别采用动态平PID和自寻优两种控制方式对热风炉进行优化。 In order to achieve the best combustion state of hot blast stove, a hot blast stove combustion optimization control system was designed. Using force control configuration software as the core equipment of the combustion optimization control system of hot blast stove is be-neficial to improve the stability of the system. The dynamic optimization algorithm of boiler is written in C# language to achieve accurate control of the combustion state of hot blast stove. OPC communication technology is taken as the core technology of the system, and the communication connection between iFIX control system and optimized control system is established. In order to improve the control precision of the system, two control methods of dynamic flat PID and self-optimization are used to optimize the hot blast stove.
