摘要
随着时代的发展,对电信网络诈骗犯罪行为的打击力度也在持续加大,如何有效对电信网络诈骗犯罪进行侦查取证也成为顺利侦破电信网络诈骗犯罪案件的关键因素。在对电信网络诈骗犯罪的类型、特点、侦查取证难点及路径进行分析梳理的基础上,提出了从加强对被害人的询问、加强对犯罪嫌疑人的讯问、实施网络并案侦查、强化信息流侦查措施、夯实资金流侦查措施等方面入手开展电信网络诈骗案件的侦查取证工作的新措施。
With the development of the times, the crackdown on telecommunications network fraud has also continued to increase. How to effectively investigate and collect evidence on telecommunications network fraud has also become a key factor in successfully detecting telecommunications network fraud cases. On the basis of analyzing and combing the types, characteristics, difficulties and paths of investigation and evidence collection of telecom network fraud, this paper puts forward new measures to carry out the investigation and evidence collection of telecom network fraud cases from the aspects of strengthening the inquiry of victims, strengthening the interrogation of suspect, implementing the network combined case investigation, strengthening the information flow investigation measure.
