摘要
针对螺栓联接结构中螺栓松动检测问题,提出了一种基于结构型的电容式螺栓预紧力传感器。采用电容式敏感元件设计了典型的螺栓预紧力传感器,通过电容敏感元件将作用在传感器上的螺栓预紧力转换为电容变化,并建立了电容变化与螺栓预紧力之间的关系,进而确定了传感器的设计准则。搭建了实验装置并进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:所设计的电容式螺栓预紧力传感器所测电容值与螺栓所受预紧力间具有较好相关性,该传感器具有较好的稳定性,为监测螺栓联接状态提供了一种新的手段,具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of bolt loosening detection in bolt-on connection structure,a capacitive bolt pre-tightening force sensor based on structural type is proposed.A typical bolt pre-tightening force sensor is designed with a capacitive sensitive component.The bolt pre-tightening forces on the sensor is transform to a capacitance change by the capacitive sensitive components.The relationship between capacitance variation and the bolt preload is achieved.Then the design criteria of the sensor are determined.The experiment device is set up and serials experiments are performed.The experiment results show that the measured capacitance value has good correlation with bolt pre-tightening force,and the sensor has good stability.The proposed sensor provides a new means for the bolt connection state detection,which has a good application prospect.
