摘要
围绕产品设计中如何快速准确地满足用户多维度需求的问题,提出了一种基于可拓实例推理与用户需求的产品设计方法。通过调研目标产品分析用户需求,结合可拓实例推理对需求信息进行可拓设计建模,量化了用户感性需求与产品风格特征评估值的映射关系,并实现了用户多维度需求至产品方案生成的推理。以医院物流系统中的医疗配送自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)设计为例,验证了该方法的可行性。
Focusing on the question of how to quickly and accurately meet the multi-dimensional needs of users in product design,a product design method based on extension case reasoning and user needs was proposed. Through the investigation of the target product,the user needs were analyzed,demand information were modeled by extension design with the use of extension case reasoning,and the mapping relationship between user perceptual needs and product style feature evaluation values was established,then the generation of user multi-dimensional needs to product solutions reasoning was realized.The feasibility of the proposed method was verified by taking the design of Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)for medical distribution in the hospital logistics system as an example.
