摘要
目的:探究护理干预在超声内镜引导下胰腺肿瘤穿刺活检术(EUS-FNA)中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年8月南京明基医院内镜中心所收治的80例胰腺肿瘤EUS-FNA患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组一次穿刺成功率、心理状况评分、护理满意度评分及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:胰腺肿瘤患者行EUS-FNA检查,给予综合护理干预效果肯定,可提高一次穿刺成功率,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推荐。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration(EUS-FNA) for pancreatic tumor.Methods:A total of 80 patients with EUS-FNA for pancreatic tumor who were admitted to Endoscopy Center of Nanjing BENQ Medical Center from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The one-puncture success rate,psychological status score,nursing satisfaction score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The one-puncture success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:EUS-FNA examination in combination with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pancreatic tumor has a definite effect,which can improve the one-puncture success rate and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and it is worthy of recommendation.
