摘要
运用主动式建筑设计理念,以老旧小区内小套型室内设计项目为研究对象,通过提高空间使用效率、改善空间主动性能、节约环境能耗,并采用智能家居系统、装配式内装等方法,实现室内全产业链、全方位节能减碳,提高室内环境质量,打造健康舒适的人居环境。
Based on the concept of active house and taking the interior design of old communities as the research object,through this practical case,this thesis explains how to improve the efficiency of space use,the activeness of the environment,and save energy consumption.Furthermore,by using smart home system and prefabricated interior installation,it helps to realize the whole indoor industry chain,all-around energy saving and carbon reduction,thus improving the indoor environment quality.
