MBBR+曝气生物滤池工艺在北方地区污水处理厂提标改造中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 北方某城市污水处理厂为响应该市环保部门提高污水回用率要求,针对水厂脱氮除磷效果差、出水SS不稳定等问题进行提标改造工程,处理工艺在一期AAO生化反应池基础上新增了移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)工艺,并新建曝气生物滤池+超滤+臭氧接触池的深度处理单元强化处理。提标改造后出水中COD_(Cr)、BOD5、SS、氨氮、TN、TP的平均质量浓度分别为(22.73±6.61)、(3.84±0.46)、(3.45±2.55)、(1.24±0.94)、(10.01±2.59)mg/L和(0.31±0.14)mg/L,满足《城市污水再生利用景观环境用水水质》(GB/T 18921—2019)中观赏性景观环境用水(河道类)的水质标准。提标改造总投资为23374万元,新增单位水处理成本为1.208元/m^(3),污水处理厂运行稳定,水质明显改善。 In response to the requirements of improve wastewater reuse rate raised by the environmental protection relevant department,to solve the problem such as poor nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect,unstable SS in effluent,a WWTP in northern China carried an upgrading and reconstruction progress.Moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)process is added on the basis of AAO biochemical reaction tank in the first phase,and the advanced treatment unit of biological aerated filter+ultrafiltration+ozone contact tank is added to strengthen treatment.After upgrading and reconstruction,the average mass concentration of COD_(Cr),BOD5,SS,TN,ammonia nitrogen,TP in effluent is(22.73±6.61),(3.84±0.46),(3.45±2.55),(1.24±0.94),(10.01±2.59)mg/L and(0.31±0.14)mg/L,respectively,which can meet the water quality standards of ornamental landscape environment water(river type)in The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Scenic Environment Use(GB/T 18921—2019).The total investment cost in upgrading is 233.74 million yuan.The new unit water treatment cost is 1.208 yuan/m^(3).The operation of WWTP is stable and the water quality improve significantly.
