摘要
分阶式四点接触齿轮为凹凸式接触齿轮,具有接触强度高、弯曲强度高及重合度高等优点。为进一步推进分阶式四点接触齿轮的实际应用,本文对分阶式四点接触齿轮滚刀的三维参数化设计进行了研究。通过对三维软件进行二次开发,实现了在软件内部环境通过人机交互式界面调用程序的动态链接库,在对话框中输入滚刀的模数、外径和螺旋升角等基本参数即可自动创建分阶式四点接触齿轮滚刀的三维参数实体模型。为进一步研究滚刀的切削性能以便对刀具的结构或参数进行改进,对所建分阶式四点接触齿轮的滚刀模型进行了有限元分析,结果显示,滚刀在顶刃部位的位移变形最大,达到31.087μm;从刀齿根部到顶刃的应力由180.39Pa增大到6.74MPa,应变则由7.887×10^(-8)增大到0.00313。
The stepped four-point contact gear is a concave-convex contact gear,which has the advantages of high contact strength,high bending strength,and high overlap.In order to further promote the practical application of the stepped four-point contact gear,this paper studies the three-dimensional parameterized design of the stepped four-point contact gear hob.Through the secondary development of the three-dimensional software,the dynamic link library of the program is called through the man-machine interactive interface in the internal environment of the software,and the basic parameters such as the modulus,outer diameter,and helix angle of the hob are input in the dialog box.It can automatically create a three-dimensional parametric solid model of the stepped four-point contact gear hob.In order to further study the cutting performance of the hob,the structure or parameters of the tool is improved,a finite element analysis on the hob model of the hierarchical four-point contact gear is carried out,and the results show that the displacement and deformation of the hob is at the top edge.The maximum is 31.087μm,the stress is raised from 180.39Pa to 6.74MPa from the root of the tooth to the top edge,and the strain is raised from 7.887×10^(-8)to 0.00313.
