混播比例对陇中黄土高原扁蓿豆—无芒雀麦混播草地土壤养分含量及酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在甘肃陇中黄土高原地区,研究了扁蓿豆(Medicago ruthenica)与无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)以不同混播比例(0∶10、2∶8、3∶7、4∶6、5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2、10∶0)建植对播种当年草地土壤养分含量及酶活性的影响,并用灰色关联度分析法进行综合评价。结果表明,混播比例对于表层土壤养分含量及酶活性影响显著,对深层土壤影响不显著。10~20 cm土层,豆禾比5∶5处理的速效磷含量较CK1增加了38%,酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05)。20~40 cm土层,豆禾比8∶2处理的碱解氮含量较CK2和CK1分别增加了159%和115%(P<0.05)。相关性分析和主成分分析可知,扁蓿豆-无芒雀麦混播草地土壤养分含量与酶活性之间具有一定的相关性,且二者共同决定土壤肥力水平。综合评价认为,扁蓿豆与无芒雀麦混播比例为5∶5时,对土壤肥力的改善效果最好,为陇中黄土高原地区推荐种植比例。 The effects of planting of Medicago ruthenica and Bromus inermis in different mixture ratios(0∶10,2∶8,3∶7,4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,8∶2,10∶0)on soil nutrient content and enzyme activity of grassland in the year of sowing were studied in the Loess Plateau region of Longzhong,Gansu Province.The results showed that mixture ratio had significant effects on nutrient contents and enzyme activities in the surface layer of soil,but had no significant effect on deep soil.In the 10~20 cm soil layer,the available phosphorus content of mixture ratio 5∶5 treatment increased by 38%compared to CK1.In the 20~40 cm layer,the alkail-hydrolyzable nitrogen content of mixture ratio 8∶2 treatment increased by 159%and 115%compared to CK2and CK1,respectively(P<0.05).The correlation and principal component analysises revealed that there was a correlation between soil nutrient contents and enzyme activities in the mixed grassland,and both factors can determine the soil fertility level.In conclusion,the optimum improvement of soil fertility was achieved by planting of M.ruthenica and B.inermis in mixture ratio 5∶5,which was the recommended in the Loess Plateau area of Longzhong.
