摘要
以城市轨道交通为主的乘客智慧出行服务存在群体性服务多、增值服务内容单一等问题,在总结现有的城市轨道交通乘客服务和分析不同乘客出行需求的基础上,提出城市轨道交通乘客智慧出行信息服务平台的业务需求以及技术架构。以乘客画像模块为基础生成乘客的个性化标签,探讨出行诱导模块和增值服务模块的构建方法,将出行诱导信息和增值服务信息与乘客的个性化标签匹配,实现出行规划、出行诱导、广告匹配、服务推送等功能,最终达到全出行链服务、个性精准信息服务、多元化增值服务的目标,支撑新技术、新理念在未来轨道交通运营服务中的应用和实施。
Passenger smart travel services based on urban rail transit still have the problems of multiple group services and single value-added service content. This paper put forward the business demands and technical architecture of the passenger smart travel information service platform of urban rail transit on the basis of analyzing the travel needs of different passengers and summarizing existing passenger services. It used the passenger profile module as the basis to generate passengers’ personalized labels, discussed the construction methods of the travel guidance module and the valueadded service module, matched travel guidance information and value-added service information with passengers’ personalized labels, thereby realizing travel planning, travel guidance, advertisement matching, service push, and other functions. Finally, the paper achieved the goal of trip chain services, personalized and accurate information services, and diversified value-added services to support the application and implementation of new technologies and new concepts in future rail transit operation services.
