Economic situation and development of China’s non-metallic mineral industry

摘要 我国非金属矿业资源储量十分丰富,但行业发展仍处于粗放式水平。以水泥、石墨、滑石、萤石、石灰石等几种矿物为例,介绍了行业发展现状,指出积极推进非金属矿行业健康发展已成为当前的紧迫任务。应遵循“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”发展新理念,规范企业准入制度,严格监管,规范产品标准,加大创新专项资金投入,提升企业创新能力,促进复合功能化产品的开发,淘汰污染严重、重复建设的企业,积极推进集群产业化发展,积极发展智能化、绿色环保的规模化企业,以实现矿物资源循环高效利用,促进矿物产业协同、共享发展。 China is abundant in non-metallic mineral resources.The non-metallic mineral industry plays an important role in China’s economic and social development while it stays still at a crude development level.Taking cement,graphite,talc,fluorite,limestone and other minerals as examples,the development status of the industry is introduced.It has become an urgent task for China to actively promote the healthy development of non-metallic mining industry.China should adhere to the new development concept of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”,standardize the enterprise access system,strictly supervise and standardize product standards,increase the investment of special funds for innovation,enhance the innovation ability of enterprises,promote the development of compound functional products,eliminate the enterprises with serious pollution and redundant construction,actively promote the development of cluster industrialization,and actively develop intelligent and green large-scale enterprises.Therefore,mineral resources can be utilized in a recycling and efficient mode,promoting the coordinated and shared development of the mineral industry.
