摘要
针对分银炉冶炼工艺中在氮氧化物排放上存在的风险,对分银炉氧化精炼工艺开展了氧气替代硝酸钠的试验研究和不同吹炼方式、氧气流量、吹炼时间下的条件试验。结果表明分银炉氧化精炼中用氧气替代硝酸钠的最优工艺参数为采用浸没式吹炼,氧气通入流量为70 Nm^(3)/h、吹炼时间为2 h。
At the present stage,nitric oxide discharge has risk in silver smelting converter smelting process,therefore,the experimental study that using oxygen to instead of sodium nitrate was carried out for oxidative refining process of silver smelting converter,its feasibility was verified,the problem of nitric oxide generation was solved from the starting point.The condition tests were carried out for the different blowing method,oxygen flow and blowing time,it is confirmed the optimal process control parameters that adoption of immersed blowing method,the oxygen inlet flow is 70 Nm^(3)/h,the blowing time is 2 h.
