摘要
通过铅试金方法结合加入铂粉辅助富集的方式,从含有贵金属的铁渣中富集生成以铂为主的贵金属合粒,将合粒溶解后使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪检测溶液中铑含量。对分析精密度进行了统计,该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.00%~2.89%;加标回收实验回收率为96%~103%;通过实验确定了铂粉加入量为5 mg比较合适;比对了加入量相同的情况下铂粉富集与金富集的差异;讨论了铁渣样品中银含量对分析的影响以及相应的处理方法。实验表明,本方法能很好地满足多杂质铁渣中铑含量的测定。
The platinum-based precious metal granulation can be generated by enrichment of iron slag containing precious metal through enrichment of lead assay and platinum powder,rhodium content in iron slag was measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry after granulation dissolved.The statistics of analytical precision degree were made,the relative standard deviation of the testing results is 2.00%~2.89%,the standard recovery rate of recovery experiment is 96%~103%,the addition amount of platinum powder was confirmed by test,5 mg is the appropriate amount;the difference between platinum powder enrichment and gold enrichment was compared when addition amount is the same;and it is also discussed the influence and corresponding treatment methods of silver content in iron slag on analysis.Test show,the method can better be used to the determination on rhodium content in multiimpurity iron slag.
