摘要
目的探讨大学生早期创伤与抑郁症状的关系及亲子依恋和心理弹性在其中的作用。方法采用整群抽样方法,调查武汉市3所大学某一学院的1~4年级在校大学生共计1137名。采用自编一般情况调查表、儿童期创伤问卷(CTQ)、父母依恋量表(IPPA)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)进行线上问卷调查。结果本调查中大学生抑郁症状(CES-D≥20分认为有抑郁症状)的检出率为21.0%(231/1099)。CES-D总分与CTQ总分、亲子疏远维度得分呈正相关,与亲子信任和沟通维度得分以及CD-RISC总分呈负相关(均P<0.05)。亲子依恋和心理弹性在早期创伤和抑郁症状间起完全链式中介作用,其中母子依恋和心理弹性的链式中介作用(β=0.10,95%CI:0.052~0.140,P<0.01,占总效应比27.4%)大于父子依恋和心理弹性的链式中介作用(β=0.05,95%CI:0.016~0.088,P=0.005,占总效应比13.7%)。结论早期创伤与大学生抑郁症状呈正相关,亲子依恋(尤其母子依恋)和心理弹性可能在两者间存在完全链式中介效应。
Objective To examine the relationship between childhood trauma and depressive symptoms,and the roles of parent-child attachment and resilience.Methods In all,1137 college students from grade 1 to grade 4 in the same college of three universities in Wuhan were selected by cluster sampling.Participants were asked to complete demographic characteristic questionnaire,the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ),Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA),the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D).Results The detection rate of depressive symptoms was 21.0%(231/1099).The score of CES-D was positively correlated with the score of CTQ and parent-child alienation score of IPPA,and negatively related to parent-child trust and communication scores of IPPA and the score of CD-RISC(both P<0.05).The result of structural equation analysis showed that parent-child attachment and resilience played a completely serial mediating role in the relationship between childhood trauma and depressive symptoms,and the serial mediation effect of mother-child attachment and resilience(β=0.10,95%CI:0.052~0.140,P<0.01,total effect ratio 27.4%)was greater than the serial mediation effect of father-child attachment and resilience(β=0.05,95%CI:0.016~0.088,P=0.005,total effect ratio 13.7%).Conclusion Childhood trauma might be positively correlated with depressive symptoms among college students,and parent-child attachment(especially mother-child attachment)and resilience might play a completely serial mediating role between them.
